Fridrich & Clark Opens Third Office
Richard Courtney Named Managing Broker of Music Row Office
New Office Will Represent Germantown Partner’s MONROE Development

NASHVILLE (June 28, 2005) --- Fridrich & Clark Realty LLC has opened its third office in the Nashville area at 1311 16th Avenue S.  Richard Courtney will serve as managing broker of the new Fridrich & Clark Music Row office, announced Steve Fridrich, co-founder and principal broker of Fridrich & Clark Realty.

Fridrich & Clark’s main office is located on Poston Avenue, off West End, and its Williamson County office is in Maryland Farms in Brentwood. In the spring of 2006, Fridrich & Clark will relocate its main office to a new office building the firm is developing on Bedford Avenue in Green Hills.

“This is an exciting period of growth for Fridrich & Clark” said Fridrich. “We’ve been in the Midtown-West End area for 35 years, and with the pending move of our main office to Green Hills early next year, this new Music Row location allows us to maintain our presence in Midtown. The central location also allows our agents to conveniently serve clients throughout the Nashville area.

“Richard Courtney is the ideal person to lead the Music Row office as our managing broker. He has decades of experience as a top-producing Realtor® in the Nashville market, and he plays a leadership role in our local, state and national industry associations. Richard also has been heavily involved in educating Realtors about affordable housing, helping to support the growth of affordable homes in our neighborhoods.”

Joining Courtney at the new office are five real estate professionals: Fridrich & Clark Affiliate Brokers Stephanie Tipton Soper, ABR, and Deirdre Kerr; Etta Britt, ABR, an affiliate broker who joins Fridrich & Clark from Keller Williams Realty; Nate Stibolt, a new real estate agent with more than eight years in sales and the restaurant business; and Natalie McLaughlin, longtime real estate assistant to Richard Courtney.

According to Courtney, the Fridrich & Clark Music Row office opened with a contract to represent Germantown Partner’s newest development, MONROE, a group of eight, upscale town homes that will be located at the corner of Monroe and 5th Avenue North in historic Germantown. MONROE is a new concept in the Germantown neighborhood, featuring 3-story floorplans with high-end finishes, downtown skyline view and private, two-car garages. Fridrich & Clark is currently pre-selling the units, which range in price from $449,000 to $468,000. Construction will begin once three of the units are sold.

“Expanding to the Music Row area is a great opportunity for Fridrich & Clark,” said Courtney.  “Stephanie, Deirdre, Etta, Nate, Natalie and I all enjoy the central location it offers to make us more available to our clients and to participate in community and professional organizations such as the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Steve Fridrich’s timing of the move is also ideal. In addition to securing our presence in Midtown once the main Fridrich & Clark office relocates to Green Hills, we anticipate steady growth from the ongoing renaissance of many of the urban and suburban areas, from downtown to Belle Meade. Our representation of MONROE reflects the type of sustainable neighborhood development in which we will strive to become more involved, and we’re very excited to partner with Germantown Partners on this unique project.”
