NASHVILLE — August 18, 2004 — Richard Courtney, a 26-year real estate veteran and a broker at Fridrich & Clark Realty LLC, has earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, announced Steve Fridrich, principal broker of Fridrich & Clark Realty LLC. The CRB is recognized industry-wide as the measure of success for real estate brokers and managers. The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, which is a non-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), awards the designation only to experienced realtors who have proven management experience and completed advanced management education.
