NASHVILLE — February 11, 2004 — Richard Courtney, a 25-year real estate veteran and a broker at Fridrich & Clark Realty LLC, has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations from the National Association of Realtors, announced Steve Fridrich, principal broker of Fridrich & Clark Realty LLC. Less than 4% of realtors nationwide have earned the CRS designation, which is granted by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The ABR designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the NAR. To earn the designations, Courtney was required to complete advanced real estate courses and demonstrate his professional expertise. Courtney joined Fridrich & Clark in 1993 and is a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership GNAR.
